Our Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) leads our team of change specialists in driving transformation across the company. They provide thought leadership and creative ideas to guide the work of our OCM team.  We’re looking for a talented and proven leader who can raise the bar in terms of what OCM is known for and have a knack for developing the change expertise of those they work with.
Job Responsibilities

  • Creates a Centre of Excellence including the development of OCM practices and tools, training curriculum, templates and other materials to support leaders and employees a consistent and structured approach to managing organizational and people changes
  • Leads the development and implementation of a scalable OCM methodology, tools and practices to support large scale transformation through to small business unit initiatives
  • Provides consultation and coaching to leaders across the organization as part of projects, committees and business activities undertaken by various departments to ensure people change impacts and risks are identified, considered and resolved by the implementation of OCM strategies and plans
  • Ensures OCM strategies for assessing people readiness and implementing people readiness plans are integrated, aligned with business goals, and support delivery models.
  • Leads, coaches, and mentors OCM specialists to ensure the integration and alignment of OCM activities within and across projects/programs, including assessments and OCM change strategies and plans, and to ensure a structured methodology and approach are applied and aligns with overall business objectives
  • Builds relationships and collaborates with Organizational Development, Human Resources, and Communications areas in the development and implementation of successful OCM strategies and plans
  • Facilitates the development and use of performance metrics to define, measure and report on the progress and success of change and impacts to people
  • Conducts impact analysis, assesses and reports on change effectiveness on assigned projects
  • Builds awareness and capacity across the organization on OCM strategies, methodology, tools and practices, templates, performance metrics and dashboards through promotion, training, information sessions and presentations
  • Leads and coaches a team to ensure the work environment is respectful, challenging, and rewarding and employees are maximized to their full potential while contributing to the achievement of the company’s goals
  • Leads OCM projects, as required
Qualifications
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree (Business, Organizational Behaviour or a related discipline).  A combination of education, training, and experience deemed equivalent may be considered
  • Minimum seven (7) years of experience in organizational change management or related discipline, and leading an organization in the development and implementation of an OCM program and discipline
  • Expertise in OCM practices, principles, and methodologies, demonstrated experience and expertise in large scale and complex change initiatives
  • Change Management Professional Certification/Designation (e.g. Prosci, CCMP), or equivalent OCM training and experience
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project Office, Visio)
  • Exceptional influencing and negotiation skills leading business leaders towards cultural change and introduction of new concepts
  • Expert  project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and navigate through ambiguity
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills adaptable to a variety of audiences, understanding and anticipating reactions as a means to determining needs
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills by managing the details of complex problems and delivering the results required
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to present ideas, change plans and solutions and delivery approaches in a business-friendly context
  • Ability and willingness to travel
