Participation Fee: $40 + HST to be collected once applicants have been successfully matched with a mentor or mentee and accepted to the Program.

What is the Mentoring Program?

A one-to-one relationship between mentors and mentees aimed at passing on the knowledge and experience of senior change management professionals onto the future generations of the community.

Participants will enhance their change management competencies, advance their change management careers, and develop strong leadership skills and networking opportunities.

The ACMP Toronto Chapter ensures that all information discussed as part of the Program adheres to ethical requirements of confidentiality.

What is the time commitment?

The Mentorship Program will last for 6 months from May to November. During this period, paired mentors and mentees will complete a minimum of 14 and a maximum of 20 hours of mentoring time.

Mentors and mentees will also be encouraged to attend 3 in-person training sessions (2 hours in length each) throughout the Program.

Mentor Information

Who can be a Mentor?

• A change management professional from
    any industry

•Recommended to have 5+ years of
    experience

• Must be an ACMP Member in good standing

Mentee Information

Who can be a Mentee?

• A change management professional or
    related role from any industry

• Must be an ACMP Member in good standing

Mentees are typically employed
as one of the following:

• Organizational Change Manager, Change
    Management Lead, Specialist or Analyst
    involved in business transformation and/or
    end-to-end change management support
    for projects and programs.

• Project Manager or related positions
    responsible for ensuring adoption and
    realization of benefits.

• Training and Communication professional
    working with teams on large roll-outs.

• Human Resources (HR) professional
    supporting business transformation efforts.

• Knowledge Management Specialist
    transforming the way companies collaborate
    and use knowledge.

• Other roles supporting change adoption.
