Leading Strategic Change
We continue to be a partner with Rotman’s Leading Strategic Change program, however, the course has been delayed from the spring to the fall. Keep an eye out for future communications so that you can get the chance to register for this program once it kicks off!
The executive program prepares leaders to succeed at change management with tools for targeting behaviour, design, and culture so they can engage teams, influence perceptions and implement lasting change.
This program will provide participants with new strategies, a spectrum of best practices, a self-assessment, access to simulations and exercises, and valuable connections to a network of peers from varying backgrounds and organizations.
- diagnose sources of resistance
- apply new tools to implement change
- identify optimal distinctiveness
- learn to build and apply behavioral, design, and culture tools
ACMP Toronto and is partnering with the program so that current ACMP members can save 10% off of the program fee. And, all (non-ACMP members) participants of the program will receive a free 1-year membership to the ACMP Toronto Chapter.
